Wind Tripling Capacity

Global wind energy capacity has tripled in the past decade, solidifying its position as a cornerstone of the clean energy transition. With both onshore and offshore wind farms expanding rapidly worldwide, wind energy is seeing unprecedented growth.

Countries are setting ambitious targets, aiming for wind to provide over 30% of their electricity by 2030, and significant investment in infrastructure and grid integration is underway. Offshore wind farms are seeing record-breaking turbine sizes, with some turbines now exceeding 15 MW.
